Mr. LI Shiliang and Mr. SHI Jie, partners of Grandall Chengdu Office, were appointed as legal advisors by Sichuan Provincial Government for three-year tenure respectively. 

It is the first time that Sichuan Provincial Government has launched open selection for legal advisors; save for working experience, practicing areas and education background, the requirements thereof focus on the expertise, influence in certain legal field and professional ethics.  The work scope of the legal advisor covers administrative legal research and issue of relevant report, participation in material government decision and issue of legal opinion, offering legal service in material economic projects, economic contracts and cooperation contracts, etc.
