Recently, Thomson Reuters has released its Global Capital Markets Legal Advisory Review for 2015, covering rankings and market overviews of various law firms in the global and regional capital markets. Grandall Law Firm (“Grandall”) took leading position in many rankings thereof with its outstanding performance.

In particular, Grandall ranked the second among issuer advisers in Asia Equity & Equity Related market and the first in China’s mainland with 55 deals and a market share of 3.1%.

Grandall took the first (by deal number) and second (by proceeds) places among issuer advisers in China A-share Equity & Equity Related market with 49 deals totaling US$7,487.6 million, representing a market share of 10.9% (by deal number) and 8.5% (by proceeds).

Grandall took the first (by deal number) and second (by proceeds) places among issuer advisers in the PRC A-share IPO market with 29 deals totaling US$4,311.7 million, representing a market share of 13.3% (by deal number) and 10.3% (by proceeds).

Further, Grandall was among top issuer advisers in PRC Companies’ Overseas Equity & Equity-related Offering (Ex A-share).

Thomson Reuters has also released its Global M&A Legal Advisory Review for 2015, and Grandall ranked the second in material industry in “Asia (Ex Japan) M&A Legal Advisory-Classified by the industry of target company” with proceeds of US$2,958.4 million.

Grandall was also among top M&A Legal advisers in transactions between Asia Pacific (Ex Japan) and China.
