In July 2019, the association between Grandall Legal Group (Hong Kong) and F. Zimmern & Co. was officially approved by the Law Society of Hong Kong.  Previously on May 4, 2018, Grandall Hong Kong established an association with Ambrose Lam & Co.; in 2019, Ambrose LAM San Keung joined F. Zimmern & Co. as a Managing Partner, and thus, his business was integrated and merged into F. Zimmern & Co.  In view of this, F. Zimmern & Co. officially entered into the Association Agreement with Grandall.  This move will further strengthen and optimize the lawyers of Grandall and Grandall’s associations to provide convenient and high-quality cross-border legal services to Chinese and foreign clients.

F. Zimmern & Co. was founded in 1935 by Mr. Frederick Zimmern, one of the early Eurasians who migrated to Hong Kong. With the recovery of economy after the WWII and the development of real estate business, the Firm was one of the pioneers in engaging "strata" title property project developments throughout Hong Kong.
