On 28 September 2021, the application filed by Henan Tongxin Transmission Co., Ltd. (“Tongxin Transmission”) for public issuance of shares to non-specific qualified investors and listing on select tier was reviewed and passed by the Listing Committee of National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd., and was further approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission on 8 October 2021.  Grandall Tianjin Office acted as the issuer's legal counsel. 

Established in 2001, Tongxin Transmission is a specialized manufacturer producing various types of automotive transmission shaft, and a provider for a number of well-known companies, including without limitation, CRRCGC, Zoomlion, Shaanxi Auto Commercial Vehicle, Yutong Bus, Yutong Heavy Industry, Zhongtong Bus, FAW Jiefang Liuzhou Branch, Shandong Pengxiang, Fawer, Hongyan Truck, Chengdu Dayun, Shiyan Dayun, CIMC Linyu, and CIMC Ruijiang.  Moreover, it has signed long-term cooperation agreements with some famous foreign vehicle enterprises such as Kamas of Russia and Hyundai Heavy Industries of South Korea, and the share of export products has accounted for more than 40% of its marketing volume.

Grandall Tianjin has been retained as the issuer's legal counsel with LIANG Shuang (managing partner and director of Grandall Tianjin), PU Feng and LI Zilong (associates of Grandall Tianjin) as key lawyers serving the project.
