At the beginning of January 2021, Grandall Dalian Office was officially established upon the approval of Liaoning Provincial Department of Justice, marking the 34th office of Grandall Group worldwide.

Grandall Dalian office is expected to have approximately 70 practicing lawyers this year.  Mr. ZHANG Xutao, managing partner and director of Dalian Office, currently acts as vice president of China Pacific Society Rights Protection and Law Enforcement Branch, vice president of Marine Law Research Association of Liaoning Law Society, vice president of Jurisprudence Research Association of Liaoning Law Society, director of Liaoning Lawyers Association and director of Foreign-related and Free Trade Zone Law Committee, vice president of Dalian International Law Society, adjunct professor and instructor of LLM of School of Marine Law and Humanities of Dalian Ocean University. Moreover, he has received professional training in criminal defense at New York University. Since practicing as a lawyer, he has been engaged in defense of corporate and commercial crimes and job-related crimes, and is also good at anti-corruption training for companies and government departments. His highlighted cases included representing LU Jun, the "Golden Whistle" of Chinese football, handling the insider trading with respect to shares of Zoneco Group, Beijing Pangu's Investment Company and the corruption issue involving Sinopec executives.

Managing partner WANG Yanlong has been practicing in the field of finance and corporate law for 20 years and represented dozens of cases before the Supreme People's Court and China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. His highlighted cases include Dalian 202 Rail Extension and No.3 Fast Rail Line PPP Project being selected as one of the six model cases of Revitalizing Stock Assets by Application of PPP Mode published by the NDRC, and Solvay Special Polymers vs. Jilin Zhongyan Polymer Co., Ltd.
