On 21 May 2020, Seminar of Outstanding Legal Talents for the B&R Initiative was held by Grandall Central Asian Legal Research Center, Grandall Urumqi Office and Xinjiang University.

WEN Xiaojun, head of Grandall Central Asian Legal Research Center, managing partner and director of Grandall Urumqi Office, introduced the background, business scope and development of Grandall Law Firm to all guests from the Law School of Xinjiang University.  Founded in May 2016, with Grandall Urumqi Office has been developing rapidly in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, state-enterprise mixed reform and other legal service areas.
