18 February 2014-The People's Government of Sichuan Province set up an administrative review committee (“Committee”) according to The Decision on Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening Reforms, Administrative Reconsideration Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant state regulations so as to build a channel for solving the administrative disputes, enhance the trial for corresponding cases and protect legitimate rights of plaintiffs and defendants.  On 17 February 2014, the first plenary session of the Committee was held in the meeting room of the provincial government.  On the meeting, Mr. LI Shiliang, the director of Grandall Chengdu Office, delegate of the Sichuan People's Congress and vice president of the Bar Association of Sichuan Province, and Mr. SHI Jie, the partner of Grandall Chengdu Office, member of CPPCC and chairman of Supervisory Board of Sichuan Bar Association have been appointed as non-permanent members of the Committee.
