November 4, 2010 - Shanghai, China - On November 1, 2010, a delegation from the Argentine Youth Entrepreneurs' Union, led by its Chairman, Mr. Federico Cuomo, visited Grandall Shanghai Office, together with representatives from the All China Lawyers Association (ACLA) and Shanghai Youth Federation. Grandall's Group CEO, Mr. LV Hongbing (also the current Vice President of the ACLA as well as the Shanghai Youth Federation), Mr. LIU Fang, Mr. Andy DI and Ms. SUN Yan received and welcomed the delegation for a dialogue session.
Mr. Lv introduced Grandall's prime practice areas and its present position in the legal industry, and expressed willingness to have more cooperation opportunity with law firms and companies from Argentina. Members of the delegation exchanged business ideas and engaged in a lively discussion with the lawyers from Grandall Shanghai. Amongst the topic discussed, foreign investment scope, investment proportion, IPR protection in China and governmental approval procedures were shares. Following the dialogue, the delegation was brought around the office of Grandall Shanghai to see the Chinese lawyers and staff in their daily working routine. The delegation had a light moment in taking some photos, exchanging of souvenirs as a sign of friendship. The visit ended on a very cordial note.
As a subordinate to the Argentina Industrial Union, the Argentina Youth Entrepreneurs' Union is a non-commercial and non-governmental organization established in 2006. Its members mainly comprised of youth entrepreneurs ranging from 18 to 40 years old. It aims at assisting young entrepreneurs in development of their business and leadership as well as carrying out cooperation and communication among the business world to achieve greater advancement in the commercial aspect.
