On 13 October 2021, the opening ceremony of the 10th National Lawyers Congress was held in the small auditorium of the Great Hall of the People.
Ms. FENG Fan (Executive Partner of Grandall Law Firm, Managing Partner and Director of Grandall Nanchang Office, and Vice President of Jiangxi Lawyers Association) accepted the award on the podium as the representative of “National Excellent Lawyers” and was met by the leading comrades of the Central Government.
Mr. GUAN Jianjun of Grandall Shanghai Office, Ms. LIANG Shuang of Grandall Tianjin Office, and Mr. FENG Yu of Grandall Xi'an office were also honored the “National Excellent Lawyers” on the ceremony. Moreover, Grandall Taiyuan Office was awarded the honorable title of “National Excellent Law Firm”.
Grandall partners Mr. YU Ningjie, Mr. WANG Minsheng, Mr. CHE Jie, Ms. FENG Fan, Mr. LV Hongbing, Mr. LI Shiliang, Mr. SHEN Tianfeng, Mr. ZHOU Shihong, and Ms. XU Wenli (in order of last name), as the delegates selected from the lawyers associations across the country, attended the conference.
Mr. YU Ningjie, Mr. WANG Minsheng, Mr. CHE Jie, Ms. BAI Min, Mr. LI Shiliang, Mr. SHEN Tianfeng, Mr. ZHOU Shihong, and Ms. XU Wenli were elected as members of the 10th Board of Governors of the All China Lawyers Association (ACLA), among which, Mr. YU Ningjie (President of Fujian Lawyers Association), Mr. WANG Minsheng (President of Shandong Lawyers Association), Ms. BAI Min (President of Guizhou Lawyers Association), Mr. SHEN Tianfeng (President of Hangzhou Lawyers Association), and Mr. ZHOU Shihong (Vice President of Anhui Lawyers Association) were elected as the standing members.
Mr. LV Hongbing (Member of the National Lawyer Industry Committee of Communist Party of China, Vice President of the 7th, 8th, and 9th ACLA, and President of Shanghai Bar Association from 2005 to 2008) was elected as the inaugural President of the newly established Board of Supervisors of the ACLA.
