In response to the call of the Ministry of Justice and the National Lawyer Industry Party Committee and related requirements, Grandall actively prepared for the establishment of Grandall Lhatse Office under the support and concern of the Department of Justice of Tibet Autonomous Region, and fully and continuously supported the construction of public legal services in less-developed areas. Mr. Liu Xin, partner of Grandall Shanghai, acted as executive director of Grandall Lhatse and led Ms. Yan Ran and Mr. Kou Botan, lawyers of Grandall Shanghai being the first batch of lawyers stationed in Tibet to carry out work; Mr. Yang Xiangrong, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Grandall Shanghai, became the director of Grandall Lhatse.

Mr. Zhang Huiming (deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Tibet Autonomous Region Department of Justice) attended the ceremony and delivered the speech while Mr. Zhang Hongfa (member of the Party Committee of Tibet Autonomous Region Department of Justice) presided over the meeting. Grandall Lhatse Office received the business license on the ceremony, and Mr. Liu Xin, being executive partner of the office, delivered a speech thereon.
