Recently, with the approval of Spanish Madrid Bar Association, Grandall Madrid Office has completed the reorganization registration for incorporation.
Upon the reorganization, Mr. DING Li will work as managing partner of Grandall Madrid, responsible for routine work of the office. DING is a licensed lawyer in Spain, specializing in investment, M&A, corporate operation, real estate, commercial law and corporate law. He has advised a number of Chinese companies in their respective investment projects in Spain, and has extensive experience in investment and immigration project. Moreover, DING also serves as a member of the Youth Committee of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, and Executive Member of Asociación de Chinos en España and Director of the Youth Committee thereof.
