On 19 September 2020, 17^th China M&A Annual Conference hosted by China Mergers & Acquisitions Association (CMAA) was held in Beijing.  The conference unveiled special awards this year, and Mr. QIAN Dazhi, partner of Grandall Shanghai won the ‘M&A Lawyer of 2020’ by virtue of his outstanding performance in Juneyao Airlines – Eastern Airlines Mixed Reform Project.

The project marks the 1^st private aviation participating in state-owned aviation enterprise, boasting the largest share transaction in the field of civil aviation.  Serving as the special legal counsel of for Juneyao Airlines and Juneyao Group, Grandall lawyers have provided comprehensive legal services in the transaction.
