The ceremony of the ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2018 was held on September 7, 2018 in Hong Kong. Grandall has been awarded the Best Equity Market Deal of the Year for China Literature’s IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

China Literature, an online literature platform owned by Tencent, successfully started trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in late 2017 and attracted over 520 billion yuan capital from Hong Kong retail investors subscribing to its IPO. In this deal, Grandall served as counsel to the joint sponsors including Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse. With extensive experience in domestic and overseas capital markets, Grandall topped the industry for its professional services in A-share IPO and other areas for consecutive 20 years. Its recent highlights include overseas and domestic IPO deals of S.F. Holding, Guotai Junan Securities, ZhongAn Online Insurance, OneSmart Education and Giant Interactive Group.
