Charles GUAN, managing partner of Grandall Shanghai Office, has been awarded ALB Client Choice 2017 which was released by Asian Legal Business (ALB) in this summer. It is the second time since 2013 that Charles has been on the list.

Guan joined Grandall in 2000, and now acts as managing partner of Grandall Shanghai Office, Deputy President of Shanghai Lawyers’ Association, part-time professional of Renmin University of China, professor of East China University of Political Science and law, and arbitrator of Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. As is quoted from ALB August China Edition, “Over more than 20 years of practice, he has participated in and acted for many influential projects of investment, M&A, and domestic and overseas listing, and a number of projects led by him have been crowned awards such as transaction of the year or deal of the year by rating agencies, gaining Guan wide acclaim both within and outside the legal fraternity and high recognition among clients.”
