Mr. DU has been dedicated to solving legal matters with respect to real estate development, operation, financing and M&A restructuring for dozens of years, and has a high reputation in the fields of real estate and engineering.  In the successful bid by a consortium of Swire Properties and Sino-Ocean Group for the capital increase in Xingtai Tonggang, though facing many difficulties such as huge amount of subject matter, complex transaction structure and time constraint, Mr. Du led the team to sort out all relevant laws and regulations, local policies and transaction rules in the shortest time, and finally helped the client to successfully complete the largest foreign cooperative real estate project in Beijing in 2020. 

Mr. DU mainly engages in legal matters with respect to real estate development, operation and related investment and financing, M&A and restructuring.  Since 1996 when he started his practice in the real estate law, Mr. DU and his team have advised various investors in real estate business, such as land development, real estate project development, project financing, large real estate asset transactions, real estate asset securitization, real estate project operation and management, banks and other financial institutions involved in the disposal of non-performing assets of real estate assets, etc.
