On the morning of 18 March, the 2021 "Silk Road E-Commerce" International Cooperation Forum hosted by the Department of Commerce of Fujian Province was held. LIN Baojin (Member of the Standing Committee of Fujian Provincial Committee and Secretary of Fuzhou Municipal Committee), GUO Ningning (Vice Governor of Fujian Province), ZHU Lian (Inspector of the Department of E-commerce and Informatization of the Ministry of Commerce), officials of embassies and consulates of B&R countries in China, representatives of global cross-border e-commerce famous platforms, supply chain enterprises and famous experts in the industry, etc. gathered together to have a dialogue on silk road e-commerce and seek cooperation and business opportunities.

LV Hongbing, member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and chief executive partner of Grandall Law Firm, attended the forum and delivered a speech titled "Legal Services Empower Chinese Enterprises to Go Abroad".
