In May 2020, Yunnan Government successfully issued the 2^nd batch of Special Bonds in 2020.  Grandall Kunming Office rendered legal services in the preparation for such issue.  The special bonds to be issued under this project amount to RMB 1 billion.  Tianjin Expressway Group Co., Ltd. was responsible for the construction of this project.
