On 12 March 2020, Sunlight Technology Holdings Limited (“Sunlight Technology”, 1950.HK) successfully listed its shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “HKEx”).  According to the final results of the allotment, a number of 25 million shares were offered under the HK public offering while 225 million shares under the international placing.  Grandall Shanghai Office, as the Chinese legal advisor to the sponsor, Giraffe Capital Limited, provided whole-process professional legal services for the listing.
