After a thorough review and consideration, Alibaba Group recently authorized Hema Supermarket to retain Grandall Chongqing as its counsel to render professional service for the establishment and operation of its Chongqing stores.

Alibaba's Hema Supermarket is a whole new retail model, a combination of online and physical supermarkets, and an innovation in the retail industry driven by technology. Since the first opening in January, 2016, Hema Supermarket now has 89 stores in 16 cities, offering products to millions of consumers.

Members of the professional team serving this project include Zhang Hui (as the team leader), Luo Song, Niu Jianming, Liu Kehong and Qi Haiyang.
