After careful investigation, Bank of Luoyang has formally signed the Retainer Agreement with Grandall, engaging Grandall Zhengzhou Office as its perennial legal counsel in 2021.

Established in 1997, Bank of Luoyang was formerly known as Luoyang City Cooperative Bank, and changed its name to Luoyang City Commercial Bank in May 1998 and Bank of Luoyang in March 2009.  At present, the bank has basically formed a service network covering the city of Luoyang, radiating the whole province of Henan and facing the whole country, as well as a relatively sound product system.  It has been ranked Top 100 Enterprises in Henan Province, the Global Top 1000 Large Banks, and Top 500 Service Enterprises in China.

Grandall team, led by SONG Zhao (managing partner of Grandall Zhengzhou), also include other partner members, such as WANG Jianhua, DING Junli, WAGN Yuqi, YUAN Pengju, ZHANG Shuguang, LV Jike and SU Chong.
