In January 2022, Blogis Holding Co., Ltd. (“Blogis”) signed the agreement for acquisition of 100% equity in Hangzhou Suneng Industrial Co., Ltd. and successfully completed the transaction with a total consideration of hundreds of millions of RMB.  Grandall Suzhou Office provided legal services for this acquisition, including legal due diligence, transaction structure design, draft and review of transaction documents and commercial negotiation. 

Blogis is a high-end logistics facilities investment platform jointly invested by China Nanshan Development (Group) Incorporation, a subsidiary of China Merchants Group under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and Nanshan Holdings (002314.SZ). As the first high-end logistics park developer and operator in China, Blogis takes the leading position in the logistics service industry. Its acquisition of Hangzhou Suneng Industrial Co., Ltd. not only expended its business fields and enlarged the company scale but also enriched its business scope.
