On 26 June 2023, the 5th Grandall Rule of Law Forum was successfully held in Haikou, Hainan Province. On 10 June 2023, the 3rd Hainan Free Trade Port Legal Construction Forum was held in Haikou, Hainan Province. The forum was jointly hosted by Grandall Law Firm and China Institute for Reform and Development (CIRD). Over 100 participates gathered to discuss the important issues related to the rule of law construction of the free trade port.
